YouTube Player Shortcut Keys

A complete (as far as I can tell) list of the keyboard shortcuts that work with the YouTube video player. A few notes:
- the player has to have focus (to be the last thing you clicked on the page) in order for the shortcuts to work.
- numers on the numeric pad do not work for jumping through the video.

Up / Down arrow	Turn Volume Up /Down
Home / End	Seek to the beginning / last seconds of the video
Spacebar/Left mouse Button	Play / Pause
Numbers 1 to 9 (no numpad)	Seek to the 10% to 90% of the video
Number 0	Seek to the beginning of the video
Left and then Up arrow	Starts snake game (when the player is paused)
Esc	Exits Full Screen
Double Mouse Click	Enters/Exits Full Screen
Tab key	Access various functions on the seekbar (current one is highlighted in yellow)

Like most media players the default Windows player can be controlled almost exclusively via the keyboard.

This versatile media player also comes with a stunning list of full-screen playback controls. The hotkeys are completely customizable via the preferences menu and there is support for global hotkeys as well.

Basic playback:	Audio:

<- and -> Seek backward/forward 10 seconds.

up and down Seek forward/backward 1 minute.

pgup and pgd Seek forward/backward 10 minutes.

[ and ] Decrease/increase current playback speed by 10%

{ and } Halve/double current playback speed.

backspace Reset playback speed to normal.

< and > Go backward/forward in the playlist.

ENTER Go forward in the playlist, even over the end

HOME and END next/previous playtree entry in the parent list

p / SPACE Pause (pressing again unpauses).
