Alt + F keyboard shortcut
This is one keyboard shortcut that you can use basically across all programs
Alt + F
- Access File menu of your current program. It is the menu usually responsible for handling the file you’re working on: opening, saving, printing, exporting etc.
- The same function can be achieved by pressing F10 and then F
