I hit Win+Z accidentally last night. The laptop shot off but now it won’t turn on. What shall I do?

I doubt it has to do with pressing that shortcut (it does nothing here). Even if you shut down your computer with a shortcut – say Alt + F4 there still couldnt be a hardware problem related to that. There is some issue with your laptop.
