Outlook Express is still one of the easiest to use e-mail clients. If you send alot of e-mails many of these keyboard shortcuts will come in handy.

How do you create shortcut to outlook express on desktop when you first open up your computer?
I assume u are using windows XP – for this you need to go to Start – Programs – find the icon and then drag it to your desktop. Hope this helps.
